Holiday Notice - we are on a holiday from February 20 to March 23, 2019.
We are open to new orders anytime but please notice that orders placed during these dates will be shipped out in the end of March.
Processing time:
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated standard shipping time:
United Kingdom: 6-10 business days
North America: 6-10 business days
Europe: 6-14 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 14-21 business days.
Germany: 14-30 business days.
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
It is possible to upgrade shipping to express DHL shipping during the checkout process.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges:
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
